- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Service was adequate and staff seem professional but when I was forced to cancel an appt due to work scheduling, I received a bill for the cancellation. This was despite the detailed voice message I left explaining the need to cancel. Keep in mind that I was a regular patient, not new. Given the number of excellent dentists in the Eastlake area, they really should reconsider their policy of penalizing patients (or in this case, former patients).January 11, 2017by Dan Harris
