  Dr.Proggio office is a great place if you ever need to get any Orthodontic work done your teeth! I was 17 and a senior in High School when I got my braces and got them off about 2 months earlier than I was planned. When I had braces on people couldn't really tell I had braces at all because they were so small. I loved it! When i came in to get braces tighten only took less than 10 min to get everything done and on top of that NOT one time out of the 2 years I had my braces I bleed when I got my braces tighten. That was my biggest concern when getting braces but I didn't have to worry about that because Dr. Proggio and her team did a great job!!! Now the real reason I am reviewing this is because I am now 20 years old and go to college. The other day at school when I was studying for my college finals in the library, I had 4 people throughout the day come up to me to tell me how amazingly white my smile was and how I have such a nice smile! It legit made my day/week/month/year/LIFE!!! So the moral of this review is if you need any orthodontic work you NEED to go to Dr. Proggio office because the people there give great service not just to a persons teeth but in an overall experience and make you feel comfortable which is always great when your getting work done on your teeth!!!

  I just called Otay Lakes Orthodontics to make the initial appointment to have my son evaluated for braces. Debbie, the woman that answered the phone, was so kind and helpful in answering all my questions regarding the process. She made me feel secure that my son will get excellent treatment from everyone he deals with in the office.

  My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Poggio's for about a year and a half. At our initial appointment, Dr. Poggio, Mary Beth, Rita, Debbie, and the entire staff made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Poggio took the time to answer all of my daughters questions and concerns. I believe it says a lot about a practice when the Doctor actually listens to the patient. My daughter is always happy and excited to see Dr. Poggio. From a clinical perspective, I have seen beautiful results with the treatment plan that was excuited by Dr. Poggio. I have appreciated that Dr. Poggio takes the time, at each appointment, to update me on my daughters progress. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and I would strongly recommend this office to anyone who has Orthodontic needs.
